I followed your site instructions for a month of Plus, and it took my card, see that I was charged 12.99 and got the welcome to Plus..., but I cannot access a single USATF Championships Live coverage race or even recordings of past events. I remember now why I canceled my past account. This is a horrible practice!!

You are taking 12.99 from my account every month but I am not receiving the site benefits I am paying for. I agree with the comments below. I feel like you are stealing from me.

It's bad enough I can not watch the USATF Championship live; now it doesn't allow me to view the on demand videos

I paid for plus, and no matter what I do, I cant login to usatf.tv with this account, it just redirects me here, then doesnt log me into to usatf. This is an absurdly hard website to use and literally feels like youre stealing my money

This site is a bit of a nightmare and I have given them my credit card now. Oh boy. I can't get signed in on another computer, it just keeps redirecting my back to the sign in page over and over.

I am trying to cancel my subscription. I only signed up to watch our grandsons run in the junior olympics in Kentucky. I'm being charged 12.99 month and cant figure out how to cancel it. I'm not sure how I set up the account. There must be a way to track down those charges or search my credentials using my name. My email is [email protected]. Please help.
